This LOMA course demonstrates how service providers can align their work activities with their company's strategic plan through the effective management of time and stress, covering practical topics such as (a) personal planning; (b) prioritizing tasks; and (c) being proactive in learning and development on the job. It also discusses stressors and distressors, accompanied by how to effectively cope with – and reduce – stress on the job.
In a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, having the knowledge and tips to maximize efficiency and productivity through effective time and stress management benefits employees at all levels of the organization, particularly those involved in providing service or support to agents, the sales and policy issue processes, and customers.
The course is online and can be accessed both from computer and mobile devices.
Participants in this module will be allocated 1 credit point related to continuous professional training for insurance distributors according to the ASF Norm no.20 / 2018.
The course can only be completed once in the continuous professional training program.
